Judd Bryarly-Chief Executive Officer
Judd has been with Timberline since 1992. He will ensure that communication kept throughout all facets of the project. Mr. Bryarly has served as President of the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado and is Landscape Industry Certified in Installation and a Certified Landscape Professional through PLANET. 30 Hour OSHA Certified.
Tim Emick-Chairman of the Board
Tim started Timberline Landscaping in 1982 with the goal of “Creating a little bit of Heaven” for each client. He holds numerous certifications including: Landscape Industry Certifications in Hardscape and Softscape Installation, Irrigation, Ornamental and Turf Maintenance, is a Certified Snow Professional, and a Landscape Industry Certified Manager.
Joshua Pool-Chief Operational Officer
Going on 21 years of experience in the Green Industry, Joshua started his career as an installation foreman. He has a B.S. in Horticulture with an emphasis in Landscape Design, an M.S in Horticulture, focusing on drought-tolerant conifers, and a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Kansas State University. He has managed and consulted for landscape companies in Kansas City and Manhattan, KS and has taught courses in horticulture for universities and community colleges. Joshua’s wife, Tara, owns a dental practice in Colorado Springs. They have 3 beautiful girls who love sports. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys the outdoors and running. He has been known to compete in ultra-marathons (50 and 100 mile foot races).
Stephanie Early-Chief Strategic Officer
Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2007 with a B.F.A in Photography and is Certified in Inbound Marketing. She began her career at Timberline Landscaping in 2013 and has since transformed the brand image and content strategy. Stephanie now helps us keep a focus on strategic planning and execution for both Timberline Landscaping and Timberline Building Systems. She and her husband Steve have one daughter, Norah, and enjoy photography, hiking, and enjoying all Colorado has to offer.
Craig Nesbit-Chief Financial Officer
Joining the company in 2017, Craig brings over 25 years of construction and real estate development experience to the position of Chief Financial Officer for Timberline Landscaping. Craig holds an active Colorado CPA certificate, an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED). He is responsible for the overall financial operations of the company including financial and job reporting, cash flow management and forecasting, strategic planning, risk management and Information Technology among among other duties.
Craig and his wife, Ann, have two children and when not working enjoys Colorado’s snow skiing, mountain biking and physical fitness activities.
Max Gerlock-Maintenance Manager
Max has over 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry. He has worked at Timberline Landscaping since 2002 as an irrigation technician, project manager, account manager and is currently the maintenance business unit leader. He is a certified irrigation auditor and has a wealth of knowledge related to plant health care, maintenance, irrigation and snow removal.
Christy Schreck-Residential Manager
Christy has been in the landscaping industry for over a decade. Her passion is color and the variety of flower options that we have here in the Rocky Mountains always helps her color pallet. She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them achieve their dream landscape. Christy is our Residential Account Manager and in charge of making sure clients yards are lush and thriving. In 2017 she was promoted to Residential Maintenance Department lead where she manages multiple crews that are trained in different areas of the landscape industry such as, plant healthcare, color enhancement and Residential mow crews. She is a Certified Landscape Technician and has a QS in interior plant care as well. She enjoys her free time and ultimately ends up spending it in her own garden.
Bernard Knapek-Construction Manager
Bernard has 17 years’ experience in the Landscape Maintenance and Construction industry. Bernard has a B.S. in Horticulture and is a certified Colorado Gardener and has a solid base of knowledge related to plant health care, maintenance and xeric design. He has managed for landscape maintenance and construction companies in California and Colorado. Bernard is married to Christin and they have three daughters. Bernard enjoys hiking, fishing and camping in the beautiful Colorado rockies.
Elysa Engle-Residential Design Manager
Elysa has been a designer with Timberline since 2014. In her time here she has emerged as a leader and key player in strategic planning and training processes. In 2017 she was promoted to head of the Residential Design and Installation department. Being a designer at Timberline, Elysa has had the opportunity to work on some unique projects such as the Estate House at the Broadmoor Hotel, The US Senior Open, The Ronald McDonald House at the new Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital in Colorado Springs. In her free time she enjoys exploring the mountains with her friends and pup.
Al Wegner-Arboriculture Manager
Al has over 38 years experience in the tree care industry that he brings to the table to start up Timberline’s new Tree Care Division, offering tree and shrub pruning and removal, insect and disease control, and plant health care. Al has a B.S. in Urban Forestry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, is an ISA Certified Arborist, a Department of Agriculture Qualified Supervisor and a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional. He and his wife Becky have a daughter and son in Graduate School and College. He likes to climb 14er’s, run the Pikes Peak Marathon, garden, elk hunt or anything else outdoors.
